Refunds & Returns

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns requested after 15 days of delivery may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care items (if opened or used)
  • Items marked as Final Sale

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
